We build a landed-cost model, check competing shelf prices, estimate certification cost and time, and come back with a realistic retail price and first-year volume range.
NDA, samples and agreement
Territory, term, exclusivity, minimum volume and marketing commitments are put in writing before we spend money on registration.
Registration and launch
We file the approvals, produce Korean labelling, bring in a first shipment and open the listings. Monthly sell-through reporting starts from launch.
