You ship to us.
Korea is ours.

From the moment goods leave your dock, the Korean side is our cost of doing business — not a line item you manage from abroad.

Cost Structure

Two steps removed

A European brand normally passes through five hands before it reaches a Korean shelf. Every hand adds margin, and all of it lands in the retail price your product has to compete at.

Capabilities

Everything on the Korean side

Entering Korea normally means stitching together an importer, a customs broker, a certification consultant, a 3PL, a distributor and an agency. We are all of those under one contract.

01

Import & customs

We act as importer of record: HS classification, duty and VAT, customs clearance, and any border inspection your category triggers.

02

Certification & filings

Household chemicals, cosmetics and food each sit under their own Korean approval regime — all filed in Korean, by a domestic entity, against domestic requirements. We prepare the dossier, deal with the authority and hold the registration.

03

Korean labelling

Mandatory Korean-language labels — ingredients, cautions, importer details, volume — designed to sit on your pack without wrecking the artwork.

04

Warehousing & fulfilment

Stock held through a 3PL network in the Gyeonggi region, with pick-and-pack and nationwide next-day delivery. Inventory is bought and financed by us.

05

Channel placement & marketing

Buyer relationships across retail and online. Product pages, content and video are produced in-house, so launching a new SKU does not come with an agency invoice attached.

06

Customer service

Korean-language enquiries, complaints, returns and product liability handling — so a bad review gets answered in hours, not weeks.
